Frequently Asked Questions

  • A $75.00 deposit per unit rental is due upon booking to hold your reservations. The remaining balance is due in full 2 days prior to your event.

  • We accept all major credit cards or cash. Please note, if using a card, you will be charged a 2.6% convenience fee. Checks are not accepted; however, alternative payment can be arranged for schools, churches, etc. If alternative payment methods have been arranged, full payment by check is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

  • We recommend booking your reservations as soon as you know the date of your event. If you have last minute reservations, feel free to reach out and we will see what we are able to accommodate for you.

    • Cancelling 7+ days prior to your event: Full refund in the amount of your deposit and any balance paid towards the rental.

    • Cancelling between 3 and 6 days prior to your event: We keep your deposit. You will be refunded any balance paid towards the rental.

    • Cancelling within 48 hours prior to your event (Except due to weather): We keep your full amount of deposit and rental; including any additional add on fees. No refund will be given.

  • During periods of severe weather conditions (rain, lightning, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keeping your reservations or cancelling. If you choose not to cancel and, in the event severe weather occurs, there will be no refunds on the rental.

  • Yes. We offer delivery for an extra charge. Delivery starts at $50.00 for the first 10 miles. Any miles exceeding the first 10, will be charged $6.00 per mile.

    We also offer pick up which is an additional charge to the delivery fee in the amount of the same price and miles.

  • Aside from your unit, you will also be given all materials needed for your rental which include:

    • Stakes (If setting up on grass)

    • Sand bags (If setting up on concrete or asphalt)

    • Tarps (If setting up on concrete or asphalt)

    • 1 Blower per unit

    • Extension cords (Upon request)

  • We will not fill the Dunk Tank. You will need to have your own water supply. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
